Week 8 Photos




Week 8 and I am 68kg!! Only 2 more weeks to go.


Week 7 Food Diary


Monday
Breakfast- Special K, Go-Ahead Bar and a glass of mutli vitamin Juice
Lunch- Greek yogurt with honey, muesili and blueberries
Dinner- Salad pototaes (3), half a portion of beans and a chicken fillet
Snack 2 biscuits, cup of tea, a plum, banana, kiwi and melon. 3 bottles of water

Did Aqua Aerobics and A step class

Tuesday
Breakfast porridge and half a bagel with peanut butter and half a small banana
Lunch Vegetable soup with 2 slices of brown bread, slice of melon, grapes and a plum.
Dinner-Chicken fillet, potatoes, gravy, carrots, broccoli and a glass of milk
Snack- Cup of tea, few biscuits 3 bottles of water

Morning classes Spin and pump

Wednesday
Whole day- Special K, a slice of brown bread and a cup of tea. 2 jaffa cakes, a slice of melon. Chicken fillet and a mixed salad. One nutrigrain bar, a recovery drink and 3 bottles of water.

3 classes tonight- Spin, Fitball and Aqua!

Thursday
Breakfast- Half a bagel with peanut butter and a half a banana.
Lunch- Ham Sambo, cup of tea, mixed salad and a hot chocolate
Dinner- Sausage roll
NO workout today 

Friday
Breakfast- Special K
Lunch- 2 sausages, beans and toast, a cup of tea, a  banana and a pear.
Snacks 2 hot chocolates, 2 bottles of water and 4 crackers with tomato
4 biscuits a bottle of coke and a pack of crisps which tasted rotten!!

Exercise- a 30 min tone class and some of the Insanity DVD

Saturday
Whole day- Toast, 2 sausages and coffee. Steak, a  potato, half a portion of beans and a small glass of milk. A few Ferro Chocolates

Sunday
No breakfast, a go ahead yogurt bar. dinner- beef, roast potatoes, carrots and cauliflower. Jelly  ice cream.m Tea- ham sambo, tea and a few chocolate sweets and melon.

Food Dairy Week 6


Monday
Breakfast A bowl of special k, cup of tea & ….a mini roll:-(
Lunch A chicken fillet
Dinner A beef and mixed pepper wrap, half a banana, a kiwi, a plum and a fruit & nut bar.
Snack 1/4 protein bar..3 & 1/2 750ml bottle water, 1 hot chocolate, 2 rivita crackets with laughing cow cheese and a small glass milk

Exercise - Step..30min Insanity yoga like session with Teresa Nestor and aqua.

Tuesday
Breakfast- Bowl of Special K, cup of tea and a slice of toast
Lunch- Toasted Ham & cheese sambo, cup of tea & 2 rice crispie buns
Dinner- Corn on the cob and brown pasta
Snacks A plum, a kiwi, fruit and nut bar, 5 spoons of yogurt, a cup of hot chocolate, 2 bikis, and a ryvita cracker topped with laughing cow cheese. Plus a small glass of milk.

Wednesday
Special K
Lunch- Portion of wedges, few mushrooms, coleslaw and a glass of squash.
Dinner- Chicken fillet & salad
Snacks A plum, 2 bottles of water, a hot chocolate, fruit & nut bar and beans on toast

Did Fitball and Aqua

Thursday
Breakfast- Porridge
Lunch- Chicken Fillet & salad, a banana, a kiwi and a plum
Dinner- Chicken Fillet , carrots, potato, a glass of milk
Snacks- Tea, biscuit bar, bowl of cherries an aero bar and 3 bottles of water

Did Kettlebells and 20 minutes of Spin

Friday
Breakfast 2 sausage sambos and a cup of tea
Lunch- Chicken fillet roll, a hot chocolate, 2 plums and a kiwi
Dinner- 2 small chicken pieces, coleslaw
Snack- 3 quality street sweeties & cup of tea. 3 bottles of water

Taught 30/30 and a 30min tone class.

Saturday
All day- Tea & toast. Noodles, small piece of lasagne with chips and a glass of milk. A packet of m&m’s and went crazy and had 3 West Coast coolers Rose!!

Sunday
Breakfast- Sweet & nutty bar, a slice of melon and glass of milk
Lunch- Chicken with potato and mix vegetable few pints of water
Dinner- Chicken sambo, a glass of juice 2 peaches, an ice cream and a packet of reisin

Food Diary Week 5


Monday
Breakfast Weetabix mini, a glass juice
Lunch medium bowl stew
Dinner A chicken fillet, small bowl of salad
Snack- 5 dessert spoons of yogurt, a banana, kiwi and an apple 3x750ml water
Oh and 2 rivita crackers with laughing cow cheese

Tuesday
Breakfast Bowl of Weetabix, a slice toast and tea
Dinner Stew
Snacks A kiwi, nature valley granola bar, small glass juice, 2 rice cake, 1/8 of a fruit bagel, a small portion of yogurt with honey muesli, blueberries and grape on top. 2 rivita multiseed crackers with laughing cow. Was peckish today

Wednesday
A bowl of weetabix mini, 1 kiwi and a small glass multivitamin juice
A chicken fillet with the same salad as Monday and another kiwi 2 rice cakes
Snacks- handful of nuts, half a fruit & cinnamon bagel, a protein shake.1 rivita multiseed cracker withf laughing cow cheese. 2 and a half 750ml bottle water, a hot chocolate and a coffee

Thursday
Breakfast A bowl of porridge
Lunch A bowl stew, a kiwi, a banana, cup of tea and 2 rice cakes.
Dinner A potato, peas, chicken, cup of tea, a mini roll , pack of pocket reisen, glass of milk and  2x 750ml water

Friday
Breakfast bowl of weetabix mini
Lunch 2 sausage sambos, 2 cups of tea and 2 biscuits
Dinner Chicken salad sambo 3 750ml water
Snack A protein shake & 2 biscuit

Saturday
Breakfast 2 sausage sambos & 1/4 of a protein bar
Lunch One sliced beef and mixed peppers in a wrap with natural yogurt and guacamole. Plus 3 salad potatoes, coleslaw and a glass of milk.
Snacks 2 cups of tea,  half a slice of fresh Swiss roll cake and  small bowl of yogurt with muesli, blueberries, grapes and a dash of honey. One rivita cracker with laughing cow cheese.

Sunday
Breakfast- weetabix minis
Dinner was wedges, a chicken fillet, coleslaw and mushrooms
Snacks- Some yogurt with muesli, grapes, honey and blueberries on top. A fruit and nut bar, half a banana, a cup of tea & 1small kinder bar :-(
